Kratos is back and more pi$$ed off than ever!

SCEA impressed all with the first God of War and now they upped themselves one with the second installment of a hopefully long and prosperous series. You again take arms as kratos the ghost of Sparta but this time colossal obstacles stand in your way as you again seek vengeance. The gamplay mechanics are almost exactly the same as in the first GoW which is a really really good thing and it is still extremely fun to kills hordes of enemies as Kratos. This time though the side weapons included in the game are actually useful and though they can't compare to Kratos' chained blades they still pack a punch in their own right.
The story in the second GoW is in my mind better than the first even though it technically another story of vengeance, but on such a massive scale that it makes the first title pale in comparison. Speaking of grand and epic the level designs give the player a feeling that they are way in over their heads, and that the trials ahead are like non other.
The graphics of GoW really sap all thats left in the software of the PS2, truly giving this game the title of the PS2's swan song. The musical score is also amazing in it own right on par with many Hollywood movies.
