Much more fun than I expected...captures the true Ghostbusters 'spirit' !

Remember the times when you wanted to join the Ghostbusters as a kid...well now you can! Ghostbusters is one of the most fun-filled and enjoyable games that I have played in the recent past. The action is non-stop (well, more or less) and battles can be quite intense. The story is a little thin but still reasonably well put together. Stalking some of the ghosts via the PKE meter can be downright creepy at times. The underlying humour that made the animated series and the movies so good is all there, seen in all of the dialogues, the hilarious cursed artifacts, etc. There is sufficient variety in the weapons/attacks that your proton pack bestows you with, and most enemies are much more susceptible to certain attacks. The graphics are excellent, and good quality of voice acting adds to the charm.
The only real drawback that I can think of is that the game is a bit too short, but then again that kind of maintains the intensity throughout. Overall, it is an excellent addition to the franchise!
