No one on xbox live and too repetitive.

This game is, of course, a classic and I have especially enjoyed its later additions, but Gauntlet by itself isn't worth your Microsoft points. It is simply too late to get this game.

First of all, no one plays Gauntlet online anymore so either your stuck playing by yourself or with a couple of friends if they want to waste some time.

Secondly, the game is just shoot shoot shoot, get treasure, shoot, use the Y button to get more health, and shoot some more. After the first couple levels, you will probably get bored.

Why get this game? Maybe you can reminisce of the good old days or just hook up with some buddies and try something out. I got it because there was a discount, but I still kind of feel like I wasted my money.

Its not really that this game is bad, its just that there are so many other better games that you could be playing which makes this a waste of time.

If you are thinking of buying Gauntlet, I suggest you save up a bit more and get something like Puzzle Quest or Geometry Wars 2. This version of Gauntlet is too old to receive any prizes.
