    Say "No" when starting a new game to the stats offered roughly 75 times. After doing so, you'll notice the offered stats have increased exponentially.

Uncharted Waters Cheats For Super Nintendo

  1. Initial Stat Increase

    At the start of the game, answer "No" to the presented stats. Continue doing this for a while until the stats boom upward unexplicably. You need to say "No" 80 or so times to activate.

  2. Ally Ports with minimal funds

    I call this Grind Investment.
    There are 3 levels of investment: 1-999 golds, 1000-9999 golds, 10000-60000 golds.
    So in this loop hole, invest 1 gold or 999 golds will impact the port almost the same.
    So Keep investing the port with 1 gold, you'll eventually ally the port that you have invested.
    Example, Bordeaux, with less than 500 golds, you already can ally the port.
