Not that great. Not nearly as good and exciting as advertised...

Tony Hawks Project 8 (THP8) was definately not nearly as good as advertised. Id have to say it wasnt worth paying $60 for (CAN price). In fact, it is the worst so far for story mode. The ending was very stupid. All it s... Read Full Review

The end of an amazing series?

Sadly, I think this is the game that will screw up the entire series. I think the reason is the new nail-a-trick feature. While in the air you hit R3+L3 to make the game go into slowmo and focus on your guys feet and ... Read Full Review

    Short and not so sweet.

Tony Hawk's Project 8 is a decent game if you need something to do over the weekend, but thats just it, it only lasts for the weekend. It is an easy game, even on the harder difficulties. It is basically just going aroun... Read Full Review

A nice step forward for the series, but still room to keep going

The first knock I have on this game would be the graphics. As nice as they are in most every way, I still think that THP8 didn't quite maximize the processing power of the 360. Don't get me wrong, this is a major step up... Read Full Review

They've re-hashed the same old crap year after year, I'm surprised they're still afloat this game is nothing special.

First off there's no such thing as realism (like they said it would be.) You can once again go from a rail to a flip trick to jumping and pulling a grab and then back to a rail once again. The god like lines are stupid a... Read Full Review

    fresh and new

Let me start this review by saying, I really think this game is getting a bad rap. That being said, T.H.P.8 is a very good looking, solid game. This time around, they decided to completely revamp the whole mechanics in... Read Full Review

Not a revolution to the series, but it does change much more than previous games have done in the past...

First of all, the Tony Hawk series has been one of my favorite series in all of gaming. I can still remember the first time I saw the original Tony Hawk Pro Skater on the PS1 when I went to visit my friends up in BG, Oh... Read Full Review
