Could have been good, but ends up being another crappy strategy game
I bought this game with fairly high expectations. Everyone said it was a great game and Gamespot gave it a 9.2. Things get bad from the start. Gameplay is tedious and all too often your cities fall in anarchy, making th... Read Full Review
