Shining Force Gaiden Cheats For GameGear

1. Rename characters

   Enter a name for the main character if you wish (default name is Nick), then put the cursor on ''END'' hold the Start button and press button 2, the next character will appear, give him a new name, then put the cursor on ''END'' hold Start and press 2 again and the third character will appear, so just do it again for the third character and so on. Once all characters have been named the game will start

2. Hard mode

   First, finish the game. Now, during the Sega logo, rapidly press Down five times. A sound will confirm the code and the message Excellent will appear at the title screen.

3. Sound test

   First, finish the game. Now, when you start or restart a game, hold Up+Start when the narrator says the last words to access the Sound Test.

4. Gain access to sound test without finishing the game

   To enable the sound test without actually having to finish the game, edit save memory location 1B0F and set it to 3. You will be able to access the sound test as if you had completed the game normally.

5. Secret characters

   Unlockable
   At battle 19, there is a sequence with three trees at the right from the starting point. Find Amigo at the tree on the right.	Amigo
   At battle 12, there is a lake at the right side of the battlefield. Search in the empty spot between the bushes to the right of the lake.	Domingo
