Mega Man III Cheats For Game Boy

1. Get the item you want from FlipTop/Eddie

   FlipTop/Eddie appears in certain empty rooms and will eject a random item to you when you are close by. Walk up to him to get him to stop, then quickly move away. If you don't get the item you want, exit the room and return (jumping is also a valid method in this game, not only by stairs). As long as you don't pick up the item, Eddie/FlipTop will reappear with a new item.

2. Turn Shield Robot into ANY ITEM

   After destroying the shield robot with a powered Mega Buster, holding buttons on the d-pad can turn them into the item you want.

   Hold Up = Big Health Orb
   Hold Right = Little Health Orb
   Hold Left = Little Weapon Energy
   Hold Down = Big Weapon Energy

   NOTE: You have to hold those buttons while the enemy blows up. The best place to do this is the first room with the single shield robot in Dust Man's stage.
