Halo 3 ODST: An underdog in size, but not even slightly in fun.
Halo 3 ODST is set between Halo 2 and Halo 3, specifically after the scene where the Prophet of Regret slip-space jumps out of New Mombasa. Doesn't ring any bells? Go play Halo 2. This time around is significantly diff... Read Full Review

Still a good game
Halo 3: ODST was very different from the other Halo games. Instead of being in a Spartan battle suit, you're in standard UNSC armor which has no shielding, Instead, you have "stamina". The huffing and puffing sound that ... Read Full Review

This is a rollercoaster of value, depending on what part of the crowd you are in.
Halo 3: ODST is a very strange thing to review. It is two games for the price of...well, two, I suppose. ODST itself was going to be $30 and Halo 3 itself is $40, but if you take out the campaign (which is the case for O... Read Full Review

With a huge city to explore and the new Firefight mode, ODST may be short, but it's highly replayable.
The year is 2552, the Covenant have taken over the city of New Mombasa. A slipspace rupture had rid the city of any who could have survived the Covenant invasion of New Mombasa. The city is now a wasteland with no one bu... Read Full Review

A different but yet still enjoyable Halo game.
What started as a Halo 3 DLC became so much more. The firefight mode is very interesting and will serve you hours of enjoyment as it fits the game perfectly. I really enjoyed grabbing a gravity hammer or a spartan laser ... Read Full Review

This may only feel like a Halo 3 expansion for some, but ODST has a lot too it for all Halo fans and story lovers.
Halo 3: ODST is made on the same engine as Halo 3 and looks pretty much the same. You could say some things may look better but basically it's the same great Halo 3 graphics we have been used too. The story is not abo... Read Full Review

Halo 3 ODST is a prequel to the Original Halo trilogy, focusing on a group of Orbital Drop Shock Troopers who crash land in a covenant hot zone in New Mombasa (Earth's central line of defence). Through the missions you w... Read Full Review

With Master Chief nowhere in sight, it's up to the UNSC's finest Special Forces to finish the fight.
Halo 3: ODST is a departure in the norm for Bungie. It is their attempt at an entire new tone and setting for the series, amongst the streets of New Mombasa and in the shoes of an ODST (Orbital Drop Shock Trooper). Does ... Read Full Review

A new look at Halo with a Blade Runner atmosphere.
An interesting way to describe HALO: ODST is this: it's Halo if it had been a film noir. The story revolves around a mystery surrounding the events following a crash landing of ODST (Orbital Drop Shock Troopers). Mostly ... Read Full Review
