1. Release workers for free

   If you want to get rid of a worker that is either causing you trouble backstage, or just putting on crappy matches, or whatever reason you may have, here's a trick to get rid of them for free.
   
   If you promote and demote them up and down the roster, eventually their morale will drop below 40. When it's below 40 you can offer them a release and they will leave for free, saving you the money it would take to buy out their contract.

2. Use workers without paying them

   Hire any worker with a verbal contract (if it's possible). Use him/her for a whole month on all the shows you want, then before the end of the month, terminate his/her contract. Since the worker was in a verbal agreement and NOT in a written contract, you can fire him/her for free.
   
   NOTE #1: Works for EWR 3.0 or below.
   
   NOTE #2: Wrestlers might not want to be rehired.

3. Get more money in your dying federation.

   Is your federation short on cash? Do you need more bucks to buy (and pay your current) superstars? If so, then exit the game, and go into your save folder. Copy your save folder\'s contents (not the folder itself) and paste it into the DATA folder. Now, open EWR, and go to the Editor. Go to your company, and set the money to however high you want it. Now, exit out of EWR. Copy the contents of the DATA folder, and paste into your save folder. Voila, instant cash.

   NOTE: DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS IF YOU HAVE NEGATIVE MONEY. IT WILL CRASH THE EDITOR.

4. Free Colour Commentator

   Hire a worker with the Announcer attribute to an open contract and assign that person to be the Colour Commentator on one of your shows. So long as you don't use that person in any segments on the show, you don't have to pay their wages, effectively giving you a colour commentator for free.

5. Never Pay any Staff Members

   This has only been tested on Version 4.0. Go to the File Editor, and choose the desired federation. This works with both existing feds and created ones. Once you know which fed you want to use, go to the staff section. Make sure all staff members in your fed have unsackable contracts. The game will not recognize their contracts, and therefore you will never have to pay them a dime. This saves a good sum of money.

6. Easy written contracts for Backyard Promotions

   See a guy you want, but he only wants to work open? That's cool. Hire him to an open contract with no pay increase. Then, try and offer him a written contract. Offer the money 1,000 more up until he says yes. Usually, going up to 15,000+ gets him to sign. Very easy if you're looking for written contracts.
