Escape Velocity: Override Cheats For Macintosh

1. Easter Egg Haikus

   Once the game has loaded on the main menu (where you can select a new game, etc.) press the X key to view an easter egg of Haikus about Escape Velocity.

2. Easter Egg Poem

   On the main menu, hold in the OPTION key while selecting ''About EV'' and instead of the credits scrolling, a poem will scroll about the games author and the company he works for.

3. Unlock ''Forklift'' Weapon

   In the main menu with your open pilot file, hold ctrl + option + apple and click on "About us." Instead of the usual information you will see a poem about the creators. Hold shift + ctrl + option + apple + f and at the end, you will hear a man sing "We'll try to kill 'em with a forklift." Enter your ship, scroll through secondary weapons, and you will have the forklift. It is a homing missle with infinite ammo that can kill a Vionian cruiser in 5 hits.

   At the title screen, hit X. You will hear a klaxxon sound, and some short haikus will appear.
