1. Bonus Feature Manager Codes

   These codes are normally obtained by unlocking Medals and playing the bonus Medal levels. However, you could type these in the very beginning of a new game! Type these in on the Main Menu or in the Bonus Feature Manager (BFM). Footnotes: *1: Can't unlock levels or post high scores with these options enabled. *2: Options affect high scores, along with Freestyle. *3: Options are viewed only if Border setting is enabled.
