The Greatest City Builder is Back! The 3-d Engine is the best I've seen. Simply breathtaking.
Well start on with the view: Incredible. The 3-d building are amazing, and you zoom in and build up virtually every building in the game. The citizens react not only on the streets (they with cover their heads and move ... Read Full Review

A bit crashy
Although the game looks very nice and is usually fun the stability issues kill the game. This is a game any fan of city builders can enjoy as long as they aren't upset with the abrupt crashes in the game. Its very ni... Read Full Review

Caesar 4 is a great game. You can build truly stunning cities with it, more so than any other citybuilder.
Caesar 4 is getting a reputation for being riddled with problems. This is unfortunate, as the game itself is a fine effort by developers Tilted Mill. They have achieved an admirable balance between maintaining elements o... Read Full Review

Caesar is back... this time he's pissed off!!! Erhhhm...
Never having played Caesar III leaves me somewhat lost when it comes to compare this fourth outing into the ancient Roman empire. I played Caesar II quite a bit back in the mid 90's, and as far as I recall I found it rat... Read Full Review

This game is a pretty solid sequel. All of the aspects of the previous game are there. It looks like they spent a lot of time on graphics, which is nice, I guess. I generally find myself only using one angle and zoome... Read Full Review

Gamespot got it all wrong. Its intricate economy is a jewel that makes for great gameplay!
"Economy is a bit wonky and requires constant management to keep things going; building restrictions for walls and other defenses can be painful; " The strength of a city builder is the immersiveness of its ... Read Full Review

Whats Latin for a few bugs?
The wait for C4 has been about 8-years since C3. However it would have been benifical if Tilted Mill had waited another 6-months to release this moderately buggy product. While this reviewer has found the gameplay enjo... Read Full Review

I've waited a long time for another City Builder to come out in 3rd dimension... but never have I been so disappointed.
I've been playing this game since I first got it, as I'm a great believer with the "don't knock it until you try it" policy. Before I begin, I must say that I've also been playing 'Company of Heroes' just befo... Read Full Review

Most realistic in series!
Caesar II and Ultima 7:Blackgate were the games that really got me excited and into PC gaming. I have waiting for a long time for the next game in the Caesar series and while this one has its issues... I think it really ... Read Full Review
