Bite me Rayne!
A cutscene introduces Rayne to the player, and, since from this first meeting, we can imagine what is expecting us in this game. Violence, blood, swear words, furious shooting are protagonists in Bloodrayne, and if you’... Read Full Review

Bloodrayne certainly has the babe and the attitude, but aside from that there's not much here.
As they say, sex sells. With the video game industry it's rampant. Bloodrayne comes off as a female Blade with a body to kill for. So right there you know you've already thrown reality out the door in any basic sense. Bl... Read Full Review

"If repeatitive gameplay were King". This game would be a 10.
Lets talk about what it's not. It is not a game a clever dialog or witty comebacks, it is not a game for new and exciting playing styles, and most of all it is not a hit. What it is, is a game that is not bad to play wh... Read Full Review

You like Vampires? Check out this game!
You play as BloodRayne who is a Dampe (part vampire and part human). BloodRayne is hunting for her father who's the reason why she's a Dampe. This game is quite good, and if you like vampires you'll probably like thi... Read Full Review

Its not as bad as u might think
I had played the second bloodrayne game awhile ago and never got to play the original, mainly since the game got very poor reviews from most sites. The game does somewhat deserve that score but I think it does deserve hi... Read Full Review

Looks dire, plays dire, is dire.
Bloodrayne is by no means a great game. It isn't a instant classic nor is it memorable. The story is your usual: Sexy woman who is incredibly well endowed, yet dresses impractical for combat is thrust into something tha... Read Full Review

Bloodrayne makes you beg for more! But then it gives it to you, and you've had enough.
Bloodrayne offers up some straightforward, simple action. Sometimes a little too simple. There are lots of levels to play through in this game, although not a whole lot distinguishes the enemies you face along the way, a... Read Full Review

Unique to all other Vampire games!
BloodRayne presents something that no other game of its kind may offer. The storyline is ingenious, and was definetly the aspect that kept me begging for more. Though it takes a bit to understand exactly HOW to beat a bo... Read Full Review

Better than most 3rd person action games, does get repetitive near the end of the game. This game isn't as good as BR2
I've played through Bloodrayne twice now. The second time like most games was a bit more boring than the first. The gameplay is more simple than in BR2. The grappling hook is just for grabbing people at you for feeding... Read Full Review

Fast-paced, gory and sensual, Bloodrayne is a nice action game, even 3 years after its release date.
Bloodrayne puts you in control of Rayne, a cold blooded and sensual vampire whose objective is to hunt down and eliminate Nazi soldiers. Dead simple, eh? The plot is very bad in Bloodrayne but it's easy do ignore it s... Read Full Review
