Okay, my Package says delivered meaning delivered to Microsoft for repair, but on xbox.com it does not say yet received product. Why? It says on FedEx tracking it has been delivered and signed for. Should I start freaking out yet and think my console is gone, or does it take a few hour's to update on their website?

@BattleSpectre: okay thanks. I just got a replacement console back today. I just don't know if it's new or refurbished. It is a diffrent SN and has norefurbished sticker on it. It has from what it looks like no scratches or anything ether. So do you know how I may be able to tell if it's new or not? Thanks.

Glad you got it back, and that's a very good question. I did a quick google search for you and I found someone mention and I quote "On the bottom of the console there is a sticker with the serial number. The Original ones say manufactured date while refurbished ones say something different. Possibly serviced date. I cant remember". Now that's what a user responded when asked the question on how to tell if the returned console is a refurbished one or not. Hopefully that helps.

@BattleSpectre: okay, thanks. I just looked and seen a serived date so it must be refurbished, but I'm not complaining because it still looks new, runs like new, and plays my Xbox One games and stuff.

You're welcome and don't worry it'll be fine, as long as it works as intended and it being in great condition is only a bonus. Enjoy your new Xbox One and happy gaming =]
