Windows PC Cannot Find XBONE... Any ideas?

I am trying to setup my XBONE to my PC so i can push media content, but when i use add a device i cannot find the XB1. I am running windows 7, any ideas or is there a feature i need to enable on XBOX?

@Undue_Influence: All good everyone found the work around. I could not find Xbone as a device, but saw it under media devices in the network settings. Then allowed all streaming content on the PC to go to xbone. When wanting to stream a video you need to have xbox video open and use play to on the PC in windows media player. Hope this saves some other users 2.5 hours messing around.

Throw it from a 6 story building, that should do it.
