which res is better?

theres 2 resoloutions on my monitor for the 360 i think they are 1240 x 1080 and 1366 x 768? all i was wondering was which is better

Well, normally it would be 1366 x 768, but it all depends on the native res of your monitor. Find out what the native res is and use that. If your native res is 1240 x 1080, then that would be the better choice. Like I said, it all depends.
