If I am to get it, it needs a good story to back up the reptitive gameplay. Is it all the same just find someone and kill them? Im sorry WILL IT all be the same.
The essence of the story is to kill the kingpins of the 3 main gangs in Pacific City. But you have to kill all of the underlings (generals) first to "weaken" the kingpin. While you are rescuing supply points and picking up various orbs to increase your agility, strength and all that, you're chasing after and killing all of these people and the numerous henchmen that will start attacking you..
You're a super agent sent to rid the city of crime. Crackdown isn't about the story. It's about powering up your agent.  IGN just posted a review of it you should check it out.Â
You were hoping for some deep story?? This isn't an RPG. Your job is clean up Pacific City. Pure and simple..and that does mean you blow stuff up and kill lots and lots of people..
heres the story... you = superagent, superagent must kill bad guys, level up abilities to make things easier, blow stuff up and kill kingpins. thats about it.
