Mortal Kombat X question

In the the faction page menu there is a option titled war tower. But for me it happens to be in red and I can't select it. I was curious if it was red for everybody else. Thanks

I believe I read somewhere that the war tower was unlocked after your faction wins an invasion

@thanameswoosta: @jeremyhumphrey2: the reason why is because it has to finish installing, It takes about 20-30 minutes to install the full game. It will install half way and let you play single player, but once it finishes then the red will go away.
