For the longest time I'd always thought 2000 points was $20, but on XBLive if you buy them there they cost $25, is it cheaper in stores? I want to buy Castlevania and don't know where to buy my points cheapest.

I dont' think you can buy a 2000 point card, in stores, you can buy a 1600 point card, I've never seen a 2000 point card though, I think you are thinking about Wii Points, with those you can buy a 2000 point card in a store

Yeah its 5 bucks for 400 but they sell them online in bundles of 500 so you have pts left over, but not enough for an arcade game, so you have to buy more, etc etc

They are not cheaper in stores. Wait until MS officially ditches the MS points system (they're supposedly about to) and make your purchase then.

Microsoft is supposed to be roling out the new "real money transactions" With the release of the "Xbox One". Waiting to by your game then is utterly pointless because 1. The Xbox one is a total joke 2. The game will Probably end up costing more money 3. 20$ isn't really that much to give up for castlevania

If you sign up for the LIVE Beta you get your points gone and into local currency.

Oops, no need to bring back a six year old thread.
