I was wondering if anyone who traded in there's for the 360 knows? Is it even worth it? I am contemplating whether to do that or just hold onto the PS3 and purchase the 360 with the money I have.
But is it worth having two consoles? surely one will always be played, and the other will just collect dust. Unless you really love Metal Gear Solid or Final Fantasy, i would trade it in.

Its worth having both consoles as they are both great with different advantages and such.
Sell it on ebay. It will net you more than trade in. You then can use the money from the ps3 to buy all the awsome games that will be coming out for xbox 360. Bioshock, halo 3, eternal sonata, mass effect, pgr4, assassin's creed, and many more.

i agree... my ps3 its all dusty i never play it... just when my 360 broke n i was just playing my old ps2 games
I just traded mine in when my 360 broke and GameCrazy gave me $350. It was a hard decision but I never really played it. I use the 360 just about every day so it had to be done. I will probably buy another ps3 in the future but it was about the games I wanted now and this upcoming holiday.
