hard drive capacity

how much does the hard drive hold in terms of downloadable content, maps, game saves, etc

can some people please tell me how much stuff they have on their hard drives, and is there a way to back it up?

Maps for games range from 100MB - 300MB

Not many games have downloadable maps.
