COD Ghost probs on Xbox ONE

Every once in awhile when I put the disk in and try to play it just brings up the Ghost mask screen and nothing else. It doesn't freeze the Xbox, it just won't let me play Ghosts.

Any help?

Clear the cache, if that doesn't work try to re-install the game.
