cant get into a game in black ops 2

my nat is open, itll search for a game and say 'analyzinh whatever' then itll say migrating host and after that, nothing, im not in a lobby or anything, i can get iinto an mw3 game in no time at all but ill sit in an empty lobby in black ops 2 for 20 minutes (ive done it, yes) and not get into a game...PLEASE HELP
