Can't upgrade xbox360 games to Xbox One anymore?

I know the gamestop promotion ended on Dec31

Is there anywhere else I can do this?

i think everywhere ended on the 31st

Microsoft was offering the same program but I'm not sure if it ended yet or not. It was basically for people that bought those certain games and then 2 weeks later the new console came out. So people wouldn't have to buy 2 versions within a month.
