Well, my top choice would be Marvel Ultimate Alliance since, really, it can be as much or as little RPG as you want. Really tho, its 90% beat-em up anyway, and it never got old for me, one of the few games that never got old for me, i beat it and immediately started clearing it on hard. Other than that, there's Crackdown next week, R6V, and even Splinter Cell: DA for the original XBox (its the one with real coop missions).
Guys he just said he doesent want gears lol hey get crackdown even if its not split screen its still gonna be a kickarse game cuz most of the things you can do are like so funn but its prob only full screen co-op on live only cuz like you both can get in cars and i dont think they wanna take after rockstarts horrible Multyplayer haha
