I was recently out on the market to buy an Xbox 360, but I was torn between getting the 250GB or the 4GB. Theres such a difference in HDD size I wish they would make a 120 or 160GB. Anyway, the real question I wanted to ask was which one do you think I should buy? I want to get one soon and I have 325$ in spending money. The 250GB goes for 300$ while the 4GB goes for 200$. I'm not gonna be downloading any games, only getting games by disk, and I would maybe download a few demos, then delete em right after. So, would it be worth it to spend all my cash on the 250GB one? Or buy the 4GB one and have plenty of money left over to buy a few games? Thanks for reading!

Personally I would go with the 250GB. That way you would not have to worry about storage space and wouldn't have to delete demos, downloads, game saves, etc. Just my humble opinion though.

I would recommend the 250GB. Being able to install games to avoid disc spinning and not having to micro manage HDD is great :) You have the option of the 4GB + a 16GB USB drive as well, but I believe those end up being slower than the HDD.

You may be able to find the 250GB Holiday bundle still around, which came with Forza 3 and Alan Wake for free (I know newegg still has it in stock)

I easily have over 4 gigs in DLC alone so I'd definitely recommend getting the 250 gig hd.

Keep in mind you can buy the hard drive seperately. If you're low on cash now, you could always upgrade later.

For gaming I would personally go for the 250GB, that way you won't have to worry about storage, but if you choose not to do xbox live then you may go for 4GB.

For extended space, you can go get flashdrives or a 250GB HDD if you can't afford a 250GB console. You can even get both a flashdrive and a HDD. Although, I'm just saying this but for flashdrives I would prolly store my gamesaves on.

I say go for the 250GB. This past Sunday I order my 250GB console from Dell. If you have the money go for the 250GB. Make life easier!

I have the 4g slim and a official 250gig Hdd from the Ms store that is marked down to $100 I've had no problems with it and I got my matte finish that doesn't attract dust. and it was the same price as that Glossy Ps3 looking model.that everyone's telling you to buy. another thing is if my system needs to be repaired i can just take out my hdd or buy a new 4g with another year warranty and pop it in. They also have 3rd party hdd's you can buy for like $30 - $45 or less. So unless you actually like that glossy finish "which i don't" buy a 4gig + hdd. It's the same thing and same price or cheaper.
