So when I sign in Xbox Live the first 3 blades on my dashboard just show a 360 with lights going around it and never loads any of the 3 blades. when I press the guide button I can see my friends online and everything I just can't do anything else on live. I know it's another annoying Xbox Live is down thread but I never had this issue before. If this is only the case for Canadian Xbox Live users then that might be the problem. But I doubt it. Thanks.
The circle of lights goes away after a time but I still cant download anything from the marketplace or the updates for my games. Its getting really frustrating.

I'm having the same problem, just noticed it a few minutes ago. We tried resetting modems and routers, so I'm glad to know it's not a problem on my end.

havent really had issues in about 2 weeks until 2day:roll: this so retarded and my XBL free month is about to end in 1 week im thinking of not signing up for a while because if i was paying for this service right now i'd be so pissed.
Yeah, my gold account expired a little while back and I had to reason to get gold 12 month card again because I don't have any games I wanna play online. Been there done that already for all the games I have and it's really boring. I was thinking of getting gold again when GTA IV and Condemned 2 comes out for the online in that but if this is how the live service is now I'm going to have to reconsider. I miss the old days when I first got my 360 even before there was background downloading when the service and experience was perfect!
wow umm that problem i never heard from any1... when did you get ur xbox and also who did u get it from? that might be ur problem in this case, those are my solutions
I got my first one in april 06 and got a replacement one in november this year. It's not the 360 man I know it's live. Never been like this before ever.
dsame issue here, and i'm in NY. its not all the time but noticed it today and yesterday. some marketplace items seem never to show up even after a good 5 mins
I've had a problem and I'm in the States, Florida to be exact. My XBL account was a little wierd on the Dash Board, but after playing Rock Band it was okay and online. Then, it completely and utterly bugged out after me and some random friends did Ballroom Blitz. The crwd kept cheering, the tabs kept coming, and the mics were dead. So I did the logica thing and shut it off. Maybe it's not just in Canada.

yeah, we don't choose it's a arcade game called "Undertow" that we're getting for free. It's a free download on Wednesday 23rd till the 28th. After that it will be 800 microsoft points like it was before.

lives been acting up for some people. for some people it hasnt. microsoft didnt expect this big of a boost in customers during the holidays. give them some time to fix it.

I'm having the exact same problem here and its annoying!!
I am From IOWA and I had no access to the blades for about an hour. Now it takes about 3-5 minutes to load the Blades. So YES, XBOX LIVE is still having some difficulties.
