Xbox 360 wifi

ok, so i saw a xbox 360 that says its has wifi. Does this mean it can connect wirelessly or it produces its own wifi? I dont have any internet connection what so ever besides the public library across town.

@savage_hooligan: Old 360s could not connect to Wifi without a Wifi adapter. Newer models can connect to Wifi.

No, of course it does not generate it's own wifi.
