Xbox 360 to pc monitor

Hi everyone, i would just like some help with something. if i get an Xbox 360 VGA cable and hook it up to my pc monitor for better graphics because my t.v is failed. how will i get sound without any speakers on my monitor? thanks

set of headphones or some PC speakers would get the job done.

If you don't want to get speakers, use some headphones.

This should work. But could be wrong.

I run my PS3 through my HD monitor with stereo headphones with these connecting it.

While we're on the subject: if I was to hook my Xbox up to my PC monitor would it be possible to record my gameplay by, say, using Fraps or something similar?

Nope, for that you would need a capture card and the xbox would plug into the PC, not the monitor
