Recently my 360 got the 3 red lights so I called support and they sent me a box to ship it back in. You can also check the repair status of your xbox, like "recieved device at service center". So I was wondering what all the statuses were? All the stages of repair that it updates you with.

Thank you

1. Recieved a request for service.

2. Box has been shipped.

3. Recieved box at service center.

4. Service is finished.

5. Box has been shipped.

Yo, my friend sent his 360 to get it fixed and he got it back in 10 days, but they couldnt fix his so they gave him a brand new one. Just make sure u read thoroughly and take off ur extra faceplate or w/e if u bought one cuz they can keep it if they wanted to.

Ya it's been about 5 days since I sent my xbox in. It's really hard having Halo 3 in a nice shiny tin sitting on my dresser and not being able to play it...

im gettin the "device received at repair center" how long does this message stay up until it says service is finished?

P.S. ive looked back on previous posts from like 2006, and it seems like the xbox support and repair service just got worse and worse over just one year. they used to send you a free wireless controller and they would overnight your box instead of using normal shipping. The repair would only take a couple days, and they would overnight it back to your house. does anyone know why the service has become the rotten state that it is in?

Probably because a lot of xboxes have broken.

My repair status says "no pending repair", any idea what that means?

it either means you dont have a repair set up, or that they have finished repairing your 360 and you should be getting it back soon.

It means they sent you the box and they are waiting to get it back.

Mine says "Waiting for device at service center", but the ups website claims my xbox has already been delivered. I've waited about two days, but the xbox.com status still hasnt changed. Im wondering if since i initially registered my xbox online, then after nothing happening, i called Microsoft and got them to deliver the empty repair box, if that has anything to do with it.
