Will I be able to play my downloaded games if I'm offline?

@hdnphr34k If you are talking about games you paid for and downloaded, then yes. If you are talking about games you got with Games with Gold, then no - you need to be online in order for those to even show up.

Some games are pretty multiplayer-heavy also.
