He has done every Guild Including Knight of the Nine, Every Sidequest, has one of Every Item Expect Watch Armour (You cant get it in the Console versions).

If you max out your attributes before you hit your max level, there is no point of leveling up any higher.

Ummm, you can get watch armor. You just can't get watch captain or plalace armor.
