It seems like this topic feels a little... Well... Off topic, if you are meening of all time than I would have to say Final Fantasy VII. But for the X-box. Then Oblivion.
Oblivion. The runner up, but in second by a great distance is Mass Effect. Fantastic game, but much more linear than Oblivion. The less linearity, the better.
On 360, I would say Oblivion. But I've only played a demo for Eternal Sonata and never played Lost Oddysey. Mass Effect sucked (I was so excited for it too cuz I love KOTOR and Jade Empire) and Blue Dragon was pretty meh. Enchanted Arms was fun at first but then it just got boring.
But for all time, I woudl have to say Kingdom Hearts. I absolutely love that game. Second favorite would be Dragon Warrior Monsters for Gameboy Color.

I did everything in that game too lol my favorite FF game. Took so long to do it too that game was amazing.
Mass Effect and Oblivion are my two favorites. Can't choose between the two. On one hand, the story of Mass Effect was so immersive and intense that I had to finish it quickly. On the other hand, Oblivion captured my undivided attention for about a year. Thats all I played.
Yeah Bioshock is the 2nd best game ive palyed next to oblivion. In a way, Bioshock Is an Rpg, because it does have some RPG elements. But mainly, its a shooter
