What are some good multi-player games for x360 and x-one?

for when you have the friends over, and you want to do multi-player games. What would you guys suggest?

I really like Titanfall, the game is ankle deep but it's fun. CODs, BFs, Halos, Gears All those are good multiplayers, FIFA if you like soccer.
