Um I have quite a few rediculously stupid achievements that I probably spent WAY to much time on....so really the only ones I would say that are not worth my time are on games that I just don't enjoy playing. Other the that I will try to get as many as I can!

that one's actually not that bad, people make it out to be much worse than it is, once you know the pattern of how to do everything you basically got 90% of the hard part out of the way
one I think is bad is where you have to kill 10,000 guys in ranked matches in Gears, I mean I guess if you like the online its not bad, but I hate the online for gears so doing something like that would be a waste
maybe, but also a lot of people say No Fighting In the War Room is hard, and i got it on my first try. It's just not worth it to me although i'll probably eventually get it.
For me it's any achievement i have to try too hard to get. I don't really care for them but if it's a simple one i'll get it or if i wanna play it a few times i'll play it as many times as i need to get the usual"Replay 3 times achievements."
i really hate win 6 ranked matches in a row in EA skate....soo hard cause all these kids are cheap and get the trick multiplier and all of a sudden a kickflip manual is 8 thousand points...swweeeet

agreed again, i love that game but i get so frustrated going online and having everyone do that, takes all the fun out of it.

Yeah, but i have 15 games or more that i dont have 1 single achievement for. Why? Because i didnt like the game. Dont play just for the points. Play for the fun. If its not fun, dont bother.
Pretty much, I'm pretty sure once you finish the whole game, it'll say like "21 achievements unlocked for 640 GP" About half require you to complete expert.

Well i still may do it. I got the Orange Box way back in October and I'm still not done with it. I'm playing through Ep 2 after playing through the awesome Half Life 2 and the meh Episode 1.
The flag collecting ones in Assassin's Creed. i got around 800 just playing casually and doing a long, tedious thing like collecting things is not worth it.
I reckon most 'collect all of...' aren't worth it, the orbs in crackdown, collectibles in the simpsons, flags in assassins creed.
The GH3 ones are just ridiculous, especially seeing as you need to have 2 people LOCALLY who can 5* the expert setlist...no way, but then these achievements are probbably more fun to get as if you put in the effort, you'd get them without having to do monotonous flag hunting....

i still got like 640 out of GH3, but I still hope they clean up their act when it comes to GH: Aerosmith
