some questions about the Xbox one

i will get my xbox one soon . but this time i have to chose the pal ver and i have some questions :)

1-can i use my old xbox 360 account on it ? US ACCOUNT

2-is it fully open region ?

3- can i play online with ntsc region ? Americans..etc

i own a great pc and ps4 . is it worthy to get the xbox ?

4 - Only way to experience all the best games is to own all 3 major systems. If you enjoy Halo Gears or Forza, or are looking forward to Sea of Theives, Crackdown, ReCore or Scalebound then getting an X1 should be worth it.

Since suicide answered most of your questions, I will weigh in on question 3. Yes you can play online with Americans, and anyone else around the world, except for the Chinese I believe. I have people from different parts all over the world on my friends list and have played games with all of them at one point or another, you can also invite them into parties and talk to them.
