little 10 years old kids yeah there kinda annoying but hey i bet we used to be annoying and imature as well so i don't really care bout em. But u just gotta love owning them at any kind of game all the time and see them whinge

its really not there faults, i dont anyone who was mature when they were that age.
Im going to be 26 at the end of the summer and I can tell you it's usually the 10-13 year olds that bother me the least. It's the 14-20 demographic that's the worst of the bunch. Talking crap doesn't bother me, what bothers me are people who used the same recycled jokes and insults to be funny. USUALLY the younger kids are the ones just playing it for fun but when you hit 14 or 15 some just take too serious like it's a part of their real life. If you need to talk sh!t over XBOX live (and I mean really getting into it style talking sh!t, not just joking around) then I question what kind of real life you really have.
Yeah, kinda... but the Xbox Live problem transcends age. The problem is that an overwhelming majority of our sorry, doomed species are intellectual peasants. And when you give a moron a microphone, by God, they will use it. Give them anonyminity and a microphone? And there's Xbox Live's problem.
May be some of the reasons of why some humankind is doomed, but those are only expectations though, but I don't think we could end that way... not all humans are like that in Earth.
But why care? Don't let a random annoying human bother your gameplay time! Just ignore them and they should stop, or maybe not. Depends on the person.
What do I care, they are kids? I find adults much more immature and annoying on Live than I do kids. Half the time, they seem to be the more intelligent ones. I just wrote a blog (link below) about this very issue the other day... after the big "Child Account"-MSN ordeal. I had never seen so many adults complain about "kids" before in my life. They were entitled to the features of that update just as much as anyone, but many so-called "adults" on here just couldn't grasp that and freaked out.
I don't like the really annoying ones, but the again I don't like people like yourself who come on to a Forum to whine about it. No matter what you think, it won't make a tad difference, so why bother?

There's equally/more annoying adults that are supposed to be mature and civillised yet are just spiteful and horrible to those around them (especially younger people) for no apparent reason. I can't believe sometimes that these people are married and have a kid/kids.
So a person's age has nothing to do with it. So go away and cry into you're beer because you "don't like 10 year olds". Just grow up yourself before critising others.
Nah, Kids don't bother me, I mean they deserve to play to, but it is kind of embarrissing when a pre-pubesant beats the crap out of you. I find some (key word here, not all) teenagers more annoying with all the trash talk, but hey it comes with the territory
i think its pretty even between age 12-16 and the super gangsters, little kids will be little kids but ive given up trying to make sense of the thought process of the super gangstas and their constant need to remind everybody in the room by fitting as much slang into a sentence to the poiint where you can tell its fake but i cant. last but far from least are the kids that are that excited they got their first girlfiend so they just happen to have their phone on speaker when the round ends so everybody can hear him talk to a female.

Provided they abide by the terms of service, sure. I don't know what the big problem is. Maybe you have to put up with annoying people for one match, but it is not hard at all to mute someone. Sometimes I've stopped in the middle of a match just to mute someone. It sucks when it comes to that, but solving the problem is better than complaining about it. If you can't stop yourself from arguing with these people, you're just as bad. Rise above, brotha man.
I know it would be hard to implement, and I admit that I have not been able to think of a way for it to be fair. But I would like it if you could set age parameters when hosting a room, like 13 and up or something.

What I hate more than the 10 year olds though is racists, especially in a game where you can not boot someone. Then I wind up having to leave what may have been a really great session, and the only recourse I have is to file bad feedback, and a complaint, and then make them an avoided player. I wish that one infraction of racism on XBL would get people banned.
let me point it out that its not the little kids in general, its the immature little kids. Apparently 15 is considered little (which i guess it is :()Â but i've never been told to shutup for "stupid kid" trashtalk (granted most people think i'm 18 on xbl :D). Now i have another friend who is also 15 (with the voice of a 12year old coincidently) who is exactly the kind of guy your all b*tching about.

I don't hate them, I just find them annoying. Usually when a kid is doing that, I switch teams and try and kill him as much as possible to shut him up.

I only hate tehm when they are with thier friends and they are hosting then it pisses me off becasue there is nothing I can do, but some 10 yeear olds are very nice, so it isn't fair to assume all 10 year olds are the annoying screaming type
