Should I buy Dead Space 1

Dead Space 2 comes out soon & was woundering if I should get the 1st game. I only beat up to the 11-12th level(rented it)

I haven't played it in over a year. I know it's a good game but is it worth it for the increased difficulty & weapon upgrades?

It's a fantastic game. I'm playing through it right now. Great atmosphere and awesome gameplay.

Yes buy it. I just finished playing back through it again just to get ready for DS2.

Why did you go to the 11th or 12th level and not finish the game? The 12th Level is the end. That's sort of like getting within 6 credits of graduating and not finishing college. ;)

Go back and finish Dead Space it's worth it. Especially towards the end. There's a major plot twist, actually there's a few of them.
