Question about the Halo Franchise

Are Halo games especially Halo Reach good for Campaign? I mean I'm not playing online but the I'm looking forward to the Campaign. So are Halo games just good for MP? And what is the average playtime for Campaign?

The campaigns are decent, do Reach's campaign first since it leads RIGHT into Halo 1. I like the multi player but I think the single player was good. They lost focus on the story in Halo 2 unfortunately, and it became more of a multi player geared game, 3 was a balance of this and Reach was back to Halo 1's style in my opinion. Multi player was focused on, but equal if not more work was into storytelling.

The story is always fun. Expetially on co-op. The multiplayer is whats gonna keep you around for years though.

Halo games are more action driven then deep story like Bioshock or mass effect. there always fun play through with friends. multiplayer is the main reasons for owning any halo games

The campaign is fun and you can play it split screen if you have buddies. You can also play firefight mode offline as well as play against each other on your console if you have controllers and buddies to play with, so you can experience multiplayer at least. There is a Forge mode as well where you can build your own game types and maps.

Normal campaign about 5-6 hours

legendary campaign about 10-12 hours

All the games had really good single player campaigns. Reach and CE had the best ones, followed by 3 and ODST with 2 coming in a bit short (but still good).
