OXM gives Borderlands an 8.5.

Lol, well it came in on the absolute high end of your expectations in this one review. I expected anywhere from 8-9 meaning great with a few flaws and I was right.

It seems that people who were flaky on this game or were expecting bad reviews are trying to come up with creative ways to say 8.5 isn't a good review. Well, if you thought this game was going to be a disapointment you were wrong.

Cool can't wait until the game comes out.

Fallout 3 was overrated mediocrity. Borderlands looks like it's fun, which is a recipe that Fallout 3 was lacking in.

Thats good to read makes me even more excited and the best part is im not paying for it girlfriends getting it for me for christmas so im not worried about the price =], can't wait for the 30th.

score goes up to a nine because they dont know what theyre talking about. they say u cant save anywhere which may be true in the sense that u cant save and keep playing unless ur at a save area, but it saves everything automatically when u quit anyway so ull never lose anything.

Yeah, they've been way wrong on some games, giving Dead Space a 6.5 is just silly. I'm thinking/hoping they'll be below average on this one too.
