New to Guitar Hero

I've never really been interested in the franchise of Guitar Hero, thought it was cool just not my thing. I used to play the guitar actually so it's not that I don't like music just haven't been keeping up with the different bundles and things. I work at a Gamestation in England and was looking at our guitars that we got in pre-owned and I must say they look pretty cool and now I'd like to pick one up to try it. A couple of things though...

Firstly, which one should I get? I really like the track list for the new World Tour one but that's quite pricey as I'm not sure if I'll even enjoy it! I was maybe going to buy a pre-owned one if we get any more in, is Legends of Rock any good?

And also, I play guitar left handed, so would that be a problem? I know I can just turn it up side down but then surely the whammy bar will be at the top and thus not as reachable?

I would get GH2. I really loved the songs on it and you can probably get it for really cheap now. As for the lefty question, I think you will just have to flip it, making the whammy bar harder to reach. Unless the newer guitar controllers allow you to move the whammy bar (but I don't think they do). It's really not that big of a deal, whammy really doesn't do much besides get you a few extra points.
