I am buying a new HDTV this weekend and I need some help on what to get. Do I get plasma or Lcd? I would like to hear from people who know what they are talking about plz. I want between a 42'" and 47". I would like to stay below $1500. Let me know about your own experience with some good tvs. Thanks

LCD.

I use this

Dell E228WFP 22" Widescreen Flat Panel monitor

Yes its a pc screen. And no I am not telling you to buy it. But this looks just as good as my friends samsung hd.

Just a tad smaller. Anyway I would recomend, either Samesung, Sony. Vizio is not bad either. If you would like me to post a tv form each one I will.

Get a Sony or Phillips LCD TV. Don't get a Plasma coz I heard that images get burnt into the screen.
