I am getting this screen when I try to set my Xbox X to 4k.. Does this mean my TV won't support full 4k? My TV is a Samsung UN55JU6700F

Your TV supports 4K. The other notices are mostly to do with HDR. Whether you can enable HDR as well and have 60fps depends on your set. But you can play in 4K.

Not sure about your TV, but mine is capable and I still had to troubleshoot things when I hooked up my XB1S when I got my 4K OLED, I had to manually turn on my TV's HDMI port to allow for HDR, and had to adjust the Xbox One advance settings to allow certain output settings.

try going to your settings.. under display i believe not 100% sure which. There is a setting that actually turns on the 4k. Mine asked me, then I accidentally turned it off. Found the option and turned it back on was good from there.
