How can I burn a music CD in Windows Media Player 11 so that I can rip the music to my HD? I tried an MP3 disk and it didn't work, then I converted them to WMA's and it still didn't rip. Has anyone got a step by step?

I have a small mp3 player that I all my music on that. I just hook it up and I have 300+ songs on my xbox without taking up some hdd room. one thing bad about it is, it can take some time to load.

Seems i noticed this one time, if the music is in a folder on the burnt disc it does not seem to show the rip option. But on disc that just have the songs ripped straight to them without being in a folder, seems it showed that they could be rip. Not saying this is the the deal but just incase it was maybe that is the problem/answer.
