I'm not understaning the Reach ban thing yet...

I've seen videos of people doing it, but not quite understanding it yet. Sword Base Mission. So you run into the corner and use the air strike? What if I'm just spamming a way to get my commadation for Splash Damage to it's highest rank? Why get banned for that? I've seen videos and I just can't tell the difference of the two...

You don't get banned for that. You get banned for network manipulating when you're purposely turning your internet on and off in order to redo commendations.

ONI Swordbase and Gruntpoc are not bannable unless you're resetting your commendations.

That would be kinda messed to get banned for that. You get banned if you quit in the middle of game after a certain matter of times in a row.

Oni sword base is legit and you can do it as much as you want. Gruntpocolypse is as well. The people were banned for manipulating their home network connection during daily and weekly challenges where they would unlock the challenge get the credits then reset the challenge via network disconnects.
