If you haven't pre ordered GTA IV?

I doubt that game would sell out. There haven't been to many games that have done that. However, I pre-order just in case and so I know when I go there that there is a copy waiting for me. It's only 5$ so it's not like it's a big deal.Expo_Smacko

Oh contraire, I had to hunt everywhere when Vice City came out, I was out all night looking for it, same with San Andreas, but I was overseas so I'm not sure how it was here in the US.

I agree with you. With the huge games, they print so many copies that I don't think it will be too hard to find. I did preorder the game, but only so I could get it at midnight and get my duffle bag.

Here in the Netherlands it's rare when a game gets sold out on the first day.

I haven't pre-ordered the game, but i'm pretty sure i won't have trouble locating one either.

Concidering it's ment to sell more than any other entertainment media on it's launch day... I think you should have pre-ordered. Not to say that you wont find a copy, because you will, but pre-ordering saves so much hastle. A bonus - In the UK we get pre-ordered games a day early 99.9% of the time from GAME.

My dad has a game discount card, and theyve wrote GTA 4 on it, so im hoping that means he has got it pre ordered lol

no need to preorder where im from(small town in Iowa) there should be plenty of copies at best buy and or walmart the release day as there was with halo2 and halo32pac_makaveli

to me,i think this sell out is a joke,rumor and untrue.

I have not preordered it and I'm going to get it the first night it comes out.

And actually during the Halo 3 launch I did not preorder it and I went to gamestop and they laughed at me and said it was sold out. so then I just went to Target and they had over 35 copies.

On big game releases ALWAYS go to a non-gaming centered place to get the game.

Lets see I have a Gamestop a Best Buy or if I'm desperate a Target or Wal-Mart no game has ever sold out at more than one of those places on launch day so I think I'm in no need to waste time(and gas) to go pre order it.

Ya I preorded mine after the second trailer 10 months ago. For the people who haven't preodered, however, I'm sure all the big retailers will be carryign an extra box or so of copies.
