I hate Microsoft Tech... (please help)

I have been having a hell of a time with these people. I need your help on my situation because I dont know what to do.

Here is what happened.

My 360 cracked my disks (the center of them) and the cracks have grown to where 3 games are completely unplayable. Microsoft is telling my that they can not give me anything but either a copy of kameo or PGR3, well i already have pgr3 and i dont want kameo again. So they said to take it to the retailer i bought them from. So I did, they said that it was Micro$ofts problem and that they could do nothing.

Any ideas on what i should do? Anything would be greatly appreciated...
