How to connect Stereo Headset to Xbox One?

So I have a logitech g430 that I'm trying to connect to my xbox one. What are my options to get ingame sound working on them? Plugging in the usb portion does nothing!

The G430 was designed to be used more for PC's than anything else. But having said that, does the headset have 3.5mm plugs? If so you can buy the Xbox One headset adapter and set it up for audio that way. Keep in mind you'll need to upgrade your Xbox One controller with an update before doing so.
