How is your XBOX 360 FALCON doing so far?

I'm just wondering if the falcon edition really has solved the RING OF DEATH problem.

So let's here it folks! Let's have a concensus on the status of your falcons.

1.How old is your falcon

2.Average Hours of play per day

3.Number of incidence of RING OF DEATH

1.I got my Elite with my falcon chip at Xmas 2007.

2.Anywhere between 3 and 8 hours a day, depending if I go to school/work.

3.This is my first X360 and I have seen the RROD on it once, I didn't send it away and its still going strong. That was about 3 months ago.

well...

1...got my elite in july of 07, dont know if its falcon

2. bout 2-6 hours...depending if im busy that day

3...wow..hmm..lucky me..haven't got the RROD....BUT...i got the video output failure problem instead...YAY!! (sarcasm)

so im still waiting for the pre-paid postage to come in from Target's repair service center...yea im sending it to them...SCREW MICROSOFT....

Ive had mine since they put them in the xbox, mines a Halo edition Xbox

Havent had a single problem with it yet, runs like a dream!

I've got a core in XMAS 07 and got the rings twice now I just restart and it boots up good after that hmm maybe I have this chip that you speak of.Sourdog123

We still need more posts regarding the FALCON's performance to fully come up with a conclusion that the new chip really has solved the RING OF DEATH problem.

Well mine is the falcon , its been with me for 4 months and no problem whats so ever plus its so quite and that Benq drive is also awesome its quite when playing a disk ,its rockin!:D

1) Mine is just 4 months old, MFR date is jan 22 08, the power supply says it is 175w, but on the box it says 203w and the team is CSON so i don't know if it's a falcon

2) about 4-8 hrs depending on my mood

3) haven't experience the RROD yet
